CoStar Group's 2027 Sales Conference will be held in Richmond, Virginia.

Important Information for 2027:

• Commercial and Residential brands will attend separate conference dates. 
• Conference programming will take place across multiple venues throughout downtown Richmond. 
• Attendees will be accommodated at one of several conference hotels. 
• During registration, attendees will have the opportunity to indicate hotel preferences, though specific hotel assignments cannot be guaranteed.
• Shuttle transportation will be provided between hotels and conference venues. Rideshare and/or driving is not permitted. 

At the Conference, Attendees Will Have the Opportunity to:

• Gain insights into company strategy, business priorities, and key initiatives from leadership. 
• Connect with colleagues from across North America, share best practices, and align on priorities for the year ahead. 
• Participate in brand-focused programming, training opportunities, and networking events with peers and leaders across the organization.
